Dubrovnik

Private Dubrovnik Highlights

The Rector's Palace, St Blaise and the Sponza Palace, with the entrance fees already paid

Sightseeing, Local Culture

Why We Love it

The panoramic view back over the walled city is the one shot you can't take from inside it, and the private transfer is what gets you out there for it.

Spellbound Images & Cut Outs - 36 copy.

The Experience

Three hours in Dubrovnik's old walled city with a private guide and a private transfer, entrance fees to the sites included.

The Orlando Column first, the old monument in the middle of the walled city. Then the Rector's Palace, where the city's elected leaders lived and governed, and St Blaise's Church, built for the patron saint and worth the stop for the architecture and the artwork inside. A photo stop at the Cathedral, and the Sponza Palace, which has served several different purposes over the centuries. In between, the narrow streets themselves.

The transfer also takes you out for the panoramic view back over the walls, which is the one shot you cannot get from inside them.

My pick for a first visit to Dubrovnik, and for cruise passengers with half a day who want the walled city explained rather than just walked.
