Paris

Private Paris Highlights and Pastries Tour

Three and a half hours across Paris, three pastry stops, and a working knowledge of the metro

Sightseeing, Food & Wine

Why We Love it

It ends at the Trocadéro with the Eiffel Tower straight across — and you cover the ground by metro and bus, the way the city actually moves.

Spellbound Images & Cut Outs - 36 copy.

The Experience

Three and a half hours with a private guide covering the Latin Quarter, Notre Dame, the Arc de Triomphe and the Trocadéro, moving by metro and bus with the tickets included.

Between the sights are three pastry tastings from Paris patisseries, and chocolate. The Latin Quarter comes first, then Notre Dame, then the Arc de Triomphe, and the route ends at the Trocadéro and its view across to the Eiffel Tower. Along the way your guide walks you through how the metro and bus system actually works.

My pick for a first trip to Paris when you want the landmarks without a coach, and for anyone who would rather learn how a city works than be shuttled through it.
