There are 54 keys, including 39 suites and 15 bedrooms, with connecting options from two-bedroom to seven-bedroom suites and the possibility of exclusive use of the hotel. The LaLee is the hotel's café-restaurant; afternoon tea is served in The Cadogan Lounge under pastry chef Benoit Blin. In-house guests have access to Cadogan Place Gardens. The Oscar and Lillie private event rooms take natural light through stained glass. The hotel can be combined with Belmond's British Pullman, the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express, or Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire.

The LaLee cooks the season with a bit of tableside theatre, and Benoit Blin runs an afternoon tea with a French accent.
